Yes — Free is $0 forever. A card on file verifies you're a real person and covers any credits you choose to use, but you're never charged unless you decide to buy. It's there so you can capture your network and feel Ember work before you spend a cent.

What's a credit, exactly?

Credits meter the things you initiate — a contact research (2), a Smart Touch (3), a physical card (3), an intro or recognition draft (1). The everyday work of a relationship — capturing notes, remembering people, tracking partners, and getting nudged before a vouch goes cold — never costs a credit.

Do credits roll over?

Unused monthly credits roll over for one month. Any top-up credits you buy last 24 months, so nothing you paid for disappears on you.

What happens if I run out of credits?

Nothing breaks. The everyday work keeps running — you just can't start new research, drafts or cards until your next monthly refill, or you top up. Top-ups are always your choice.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel whenever you like and you drop back to Free — your network, memory and history stay with you.
