Ember

Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 August 2026

These terms govern your use of Ember, a referral relationship management tool operated by Win More Clients and Vitalspark.ai. By creating an account or using Ember, you agree to them.

1. Your account

You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of the information you add, and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 18 and use Ember for legitimate business purposes.

2. Connected accounts

If you connect a third-party account such as Google or Microsoft, you authorize Ember to access it only for the features you enable, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time. Emails Ember sends on your behalf are sent only when you compose and send them yourself, and you are responsible for their content and for complying with anti-spam and other applicable laws.

3. Acceptable use

4. Fees

Paid plans and credits are billed as described at signup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Data

Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the content you add. Ember acts as a processor of the data you put into it on your behalf.

6. Availability and warranty

Ember is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ember and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior twelve months.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will revise the date above. You may stop using Ember at any time; we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
